Sometimes we need to make sure we course correct when we are under stress.
Sometimes when we start to focus and pay attention things come out of the woodwork.
The ego can be fragile meaning it doesn’t necessarily take redirect and allow us to change. What are our options around this?
Does guilt serve us? Is there a way we can use this to be constructive.
Send those who are encouraged to do things. It’s not that they’re trying to keep us down. They’re trying to help us expand
For Many of us the goal is just to be comfortable. What are the problems we can get from that?
So it’s really really cold which makes it a desert what are you gonna do?
Sometimes we need to put ourselves under pressure to find out exactly where we are!
Sometimes the dog is just the dog and we can be upset about that or we can just honor it is where it is and we can figure out what we need to do going forward.
Going around the idea of knowing where we are with our health and how do we get past it when we know we’re not in the right direction but we really don’t want to take action.
It’s awesome we do what we need to do in a day and we achieve results or at least momentum, but what can be the problem with this?
When We receive that initial idea to do something is it necessarily something we should run with?

If you want to get anywhere the first thing you need to do is figure out where you are.
