Hello. In this episode, I'll be talking about Jerrold Tarog's latest historical film, Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral, with some insight regarding the film's narrative and underlying message.
Disclaimer: If you are easily offended and refuse to try looking at horrific past events in a humorous light, please do us both a favor and don't listen. Today I'll be talking about a chat thread that transpired a few months ago. Again, if you have any suggestions or comments, please send me an email at cs.t7052@gmail.com
Today I talk about the social, political and economic tensions going on in the world, particularly those caused by opposing left and right-wing ideological groups. This first part talks about Feminism and the Manosphere. I try to maintain a very objective and logical perspective throughout this podcast, but I highly doubt that objectivity and logic don't register all that well in the minds of most (but who am I to talk I'm just a low-IQ Filipino boi). If you are self-aware enough to know that this piece will easily offend you, then please try the plethora of other podcasts that could pander to your need for safe spaces. If you have any comments, suggestions or hate-filled vitriol you wish to spew on me, email me at cs.t7052@gmail.com
Today, I'll be talking about OPM, or Original Pilipino Music, and it's history, downfall and resurgence. If you have any suggestions for future topics, please email me at cs.t7052@gmail.com
Suggested by a friend (Disclaimer: I didn't fully prepare for this. Please pardon my being all over the damn place, as there are no cuts in this recording, and my thoughts are pretty scattered and, well... coffee-stained.) I'll be talking about Mocha Uson, one of the controversial actors within Philippine politics, and its state of affairs, and her actions that have given her a lot of flak, and even more detractors and personal attackers.
Hi. If you're listening to this, I'm open to any topic suggestions for future episodes. Anything at all, I don't care.
