A short 10min meditation focused on breath. I guide you through the Viloma pranayama- Viloma means against the natural flow. Viloma is an interrupted breathing technique where you pause briefly during your breaths inhalations, exhalations, and both. This breath gently introduces your breath capacity and expansion of it, along with becoming acquainted with the energy and subtleties of your breath. Focused breath work is a beautiful and simple way to ease into mediation. Give yourself these 10 minutes to not focus on anything else besides soothing, calming breaths.
In todays mediation we will breathe with the energy in our body, using visualization to coil it along our spine and bring us a sense of well being.I’m Emma or as my close friends call me- Em. Every single part of you is beautiful, and we must learn to accept ourselves in the fullest at whatever stage in life we are at. This meditation we connect to that love and acceptance within.
