I'm not sure about you, but I've been part of a number of organizations, teams, and companies throughout my life - and very few of them had core values that ACTUALLY drove their decision-making. In this episode, we'll dive into our first attempt at establish core values for our company, why it wasn't impactful, and how we changed our approach to become a team that is ACTUALLY living according to their values.
