Hey Punters, you know how much we love a festival, well today's guest, Tara Conlin shares her story of surviving the failed luxury 'Fyre Festival' that was founded by con-artist Billy McFarland and rapper Ja Rule. It was created with the intent of promoting the company's Fyre app for booking music talent. The festival was scheduled to take place in 2017, on the Bahamian island of Great Exuma and let's just say... things just didn't go to plan! It's a wild ride! Also, don't forget from the 13th of December 2021, Happy Hour will be 'EXCLUSIVELY' on Spotify. This is one of those shows you go back to listen to a few times. That's because it's not often that you get a guest who has done so much, changed so much personally and help so many lives as author, Autism expert and world-renowned psychic medium William Stillman. In the 1960s William had auspicious beginnings with premonitions and deja vu as a toddler. By the time William was eleven, in a world not ready to embrace his paranormal gift or understand the symptoms of his undiagnosed Asperger's condition, William had become an outcast within his family, at church and at school.During his teens and early twenties, William was drawn to darkness by an entity he knew as The Phantom, but which he would discover later was an evil dark phenomena called The Hat Man.William would eventually walk away from the dark side, finding his true self and calling as a prolific author, champion for Autistic children and adults, and world-famous psychic medium with a reputation for an uncanny accuracy rate. Residing an hour away from Gettysburg, William - self professed ignorant about civil war history - often accompanies local historians to walk the bloody battlefield grounds and document his findings with a series of videos that can be watched on his Youtube channel.William's website is williamstillman.com where you can book a reading, check out his busy schedule for gallery readings and purchase books. You can also connect with William on Facebook.Looking for the quintessential holiday gift for your "gifted" family or friend? William's latest book - The Practicing Psychic - can be purchased through his website or on Amazon.SUPPORT THE PODCASTFOLLOW/SUBSCRIBE/REVIEW...On our new website at afraidofnothingpodcast.com.BUY ME A COFFEEYour gracious donation here (https://www.afraidofnothingpodcast.com/support/) will be shouted out in an upcoming episode.WATCH…VIMEO ON DEMAND: Rent the Afraid of Nothing documentary here: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/aondoc.AMAZON PRIME: Watch the documentary on Amazon Prime and please leave a positive review.QOSM (a new paranormal streaming platform): Use the coupon code AFRAIDOFNOTHING which gives users 10% Off of ANY content on the website (i.e., tiered subscriptions, rentals and purchases). This week Ashley is joined by writer and teacher Lisa Marie Rankin. Lisa teaches people to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit through yoga, mindfulness, Ayurvedic practices, and more. She believes that we all have a higher self that wants to see us create, experience pleasure, and thrive. By learning how to listen to our higher self we can create a joyful life and extend that joy to others. Ashley and Lisa discuss her new book, The Goddess Solution: Practical Wisdom for Everyday Life, some of her practices that help her embody goddess energy, the necessity of vulnerability and authenticity and being able to express without worrying about the outcome, and her writing and publishing experience. The Goddess Solution is a practical spiritual guide where Lisa shows how to apply ancient goddess wisdom to modern-day scenarios like dating, sex, careers, divorce, conflict and more. “as the internet has slowly but surely eroded the obstacle of restricted information access in the past decades, the limiting factor for an individual to make intellectual progress merely shifted from an accessibility problem to a filtering problem (filtering the information that is relevant from the information that is not).” - Willem Van Den Bergh Another excellent piece from Willem on the core issue of information flow in the modern age. What is the difference between systemic versus regional experts, and what framework can we use to better assess and filter the ocean of information flooding at us everyday? Are we destined to be the victims of supposed "authorities" with no skin in the game? Or is there a path to sustainable, robust knowledge in our digital future? don't miss this one! I have always been very vocal about mental health. I believe that now during this holiday season which should be a little bit more mindful energy into ourselves and others. By that I mean pay attention to how you and the others around you are acting and feeling. A gratitude practice is great, but today I started a positive practice. Tune in to hear how you can create your own and why if the person behind you in the check out line is huffing and puffing you should just let them go ahead of you. If the person driving behind, you are on your tail move over and just let them go. They may be battling something and that little gesture could really make their day. A smile, the holding of a door. Just the smallest little things make such a difference. You never know what anyone is going through behind closed doors so let's just bring more kindness and positivity into this holiday season. I think we all could use it… Did you love today's show? Let me know by leaving me a review for the show on Apple Podcasts, Audible or wherever you are listening from today. COVID has been a recruiting windfall for hate groups in Canada, with new alliances and networks forged between white supremacists, xenophobes, and ethnonationalists in the fire of accelerated conspiracism. Joining Matthew to map out this landscape are street-level anti-hate activists Elizabeth Simons, the deputy director of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network, Dan Collen, a researcher with the Neuberger Holocaust Education Center's Online Hate Education and Research Project, and Morgan Yew, a video journalist and DJ from Kamloops, whose coverage of Toronto's anti-lockdown protests has been rich and revealing. We cover a lot in this one: the “irony poisoning” white nationalist recruiting tactics that target 14 year-old boys, the rogue's gallery of extremists wreaking havoc at anti-lockdown rallies, racists trying on “sovereign citizen” pseudolaw in the courts, and their craven appropriation of Indigenous rights discourse when they lurch into “Pretendian” territory. We'll also look at the People's Party of Canada, and discuss why it is not very smart to write it off as QAnon foolishness.Content Warning: analysis of hateful views, including notes from a white supremacist recruiting manual that is instructing followers on how to indoctrinate children.Canadian Anti-Hate NetworkDan Collen's fantastic articles on Medium: dancollen.medium.comMorgan Yew's awesome Twitter feedCanadian Anti-Semites and Far-Right Conspiracy Theorists Try New Tactic: Aligning with Indigenous Communities MediasmartsLearning for Justice | Education ResourcesWisdom2Action – Facilitate Change. Are you eating too little to lose weight? How would you know? Eating consistently less than your body wants will slow your metabolism. You will lose your metabolic flexibility. There is no way you can eat less and less, continue to exercise the same or more and not stress your body, causing a ripple of negative reactions. That's what this episode is all about. You may have reactions to this content. That's okay. It's to be expected, really. You've been conditioned. Endurance athletes say things like, I have a hard time believing I'm eating too little to lose weight. In fact, they are the ones at greatest risk for losing lean muscle. Menopausal athletes or exercise enthusiasts, even more so. But it's normal to have a response like that. Endurance runners have long had eating disorders, or dysfunctional feelings around eating. Examples: I do a 20-minute HI interval training session and that's my exercise– that's a light day for carb But still higher than most women are trying to go (100 grams is as low as I would recommend for an active woman and never would I go that low for an athlete) Based on 130 lbs 1.4 x body weight = 182 grams of carbs The same 20-minute HIIT interval session before a strength training session (40-minute session). Now, that boosts my need for carbohydrates, not just protein. So, I am back to at least 1.8g/body weight in pounds of carbs on these days. 1.8 x body weight = 234 Timing of recovery meals is important too. You want to eat by bookending your workouts with adequate fuel. Pre workout and post workout both matter. During recovery if you are HIGHLY active woman: The ratio of protein: carbs post workout is ideally 1: 3 or 4 if you're endurance training and need recovery quickly for that next workout. If you're not that active and simply exercising at minimum, you are a little less concerned about that. If you're exercising intentionally 5-6 days a week for an hour (or more) you are “an athlete.” So, for more active women with a threshold of 30 grams of protein at each meal you want 90 to 120 grams of carbs in that meal as well. What does that look like? Carb counts of some high quality carb choices: 1 cup cooked oatmeal 27 grams 1 cup of frozen berries? 21 grams Medium apple 25 grams 1 medium sweet potato 27 grams Banana 27 grams 1 cup Chili 23.5 carbs 1 cup butternut squash soup 23 1 slice of pumpkin pie 46 grams If you don't repair & replenish your protein & carb stores during the window (0-2 hours with sweet spot at 60-90 minutes) you'll be more tired the next day, find next workouts harder – though less effective, dead legs, etc). Sample meals during one day and carb count: Smoothie with half a banana and 1 cup of blueberries 34.5 1.5 cups of chili and an apple 60.25 Sweet potato and berries for dinner 38.0 132.75 Falls short of even the lowest need for carbohydrates (182gm) for a 130 lb woman. If you're increasing training levels, eating during activity will help. (Long bike rides, long hikes) That isn't accounted for in the example. What's your Energy Availability? Fat Free Mass = your muscle weight only Example: 130 lbs, 54 lbs of muscle mass Dietary energy intake (kcal) – Exercise energy expenditure (kcal) divided by Fat Free Mass (kg) For Example (2000 calories is easy math- just as example) 2000 kcals/day – and expend 250 kcals in 30-minute HIIT divided by 24.5 kg (54 lbs divided by 2.2) Please note: in the actual podcast and on the cheat sheet there is a (major) error) Apologies for the oversight! ***CORRECTION to original post: 54 DIVIDED by 2.2 = kgs = 71 is my Energy Availability (EA) gms/kg body weight Your Calculation: Kcals in a day: ___________ - Exercise energy Expended (use a tracker or online estimate) Lean Muscle mass kg _______ (lbs x 2.2) = ________________ gms/kg bodyweight What's true:

Join Jamie and Maggie Clark with their guest, Susan Allen Medium, as they talk about animal communication. In this episode, she goes over how animal soul speak can connect people to their departed pets. Susan is a psychic medium and communicator renowned worldwide. When Animals Connect Susan's first memory of connecting with an animal was with a monarch butterfly. She communicated with it, asking to land on her hands, and it did. Susan brought her hands closer to her eyes, and the butterfly gently opened and closed its wings. It felt like the longest communication, but it was cut when a thought came to Susan, and the butterfly flew away. Years later, Susan had another connection with a horse named Leo, to who she gives carrots and a massage. The horse dropped its head so she could kiss it, and they started to communicate. Leo eventually became Susan's teacher in her mission to connect with animals. That gave her the clarity to be a medium for animals to communicate with. Susan has wanted to work with animals ever since, but she never thought it would be like this. She loves her work because it feels like she was born to do it. Soul Tracing Animal Past Lives Animals have past lives, and soul tracing is Susan's way of finding out. One reading she had was a woman's dying German Shepherd. Susan opened the young dog up, and it was cancer. The woman called, told her she put the dog to sleep, and asked if Susan talks to dead dogs. Susan meditated, and the dog began to connect with her, so she wrote everything down. The dog wanted to tell its owner that it misses her, loves her, and to take a picture in the backyard for the dog to say goodbye. Susan passed the message to the woman who was an orb photographer. What they discovered was that the dog appeared in the photograph. Additionally, the woman had lost her son to whom she did not say goodbye. The son manifested himself with the German Shepherd because the woman loves that dog breed. The photograph had a white German Shepherd laughing, and an orb was with it. Susan was very touched by how everything turned out. It was a beautiful interaction. About Susan Allen: Susan Allen is an internationally renowned psychic medium and animal communicator. We live in a world with stronger and more frequent extreme weather events. As a result, giving and receiving hospitality is becoming the new normal for humans. Citizens' Climate Radio host Peterson Toscano speaks with public theologian Jayme R. Reaves and public health expert Dr. Natasha DeJarnett. What are the risks leading to more displacement? What are the dilemmas and challenges of housing, feeding, and creating more space for people uprooted from homes during extreme weather? And what are some of the creative ways communities provide protection to those temporarily or permanently unhoused? Jayme R. Reaves is the director of academic development at Sarum College in Salisbury, England. She teaches in areas such as biblical studies, and feminist and liberation theology. Over the last 20 years, she has worked as a consultant, researcher, lecturer, and facilitator in the U.S., former Yugoslavia, Northern Ireland, and Great Britain. Her focus internationally has been on the intersections between theology and public issues such as peace, conflict, hospitality, memory, and gender. Jayme discusses the roles that scarcity and abundance play in making sure that those most impacted by the environment in the community around us are cared for. She calls on churches to work in their own communities to make congregations aware of sharing with those who don't have as much. Jayme regularly speaks, leads retreats, conducts workshops, and acts as “theologian in residence” with communities who wish to dive deeper into understanding theological frameworks for social justice activism. She's the author of Safeguarding the Stranger: An Abrahamic Theology & Ethic of Protective Hospitality (Wipf & Stock, 2016) and co-editor of When Did We See You Naked?: Jesus as a Victim of Sexual Abuse (SCM, 2021). Additionally, she co-hosts the podcast Outlander Soul, which looks at the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon with a theological, religious, and spiritual lens and takes seriously the role fiction plays in fans' lives as a sacred text. Jayme lives in Dorset, England with her partner and two dogs. Dr. Natasha DeJarnett is an assistant professor in the Christina Lee Brown Environment Institute at the University of Louisville Division of Environmental Medicine, researching the health impacts of extreme heat exposure and environmental health disparities. Additionally, she is a professorial lecturer in Environmental and Occupational Health at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. Previously, Dr. DeJarnett was the interim associate director of Program and Partnership Development at the National Environmental Health Association, leading research, climate and health, and children's environmental health. She also previously served as a policy analyst at the American Public Health Association (APHA), where she led the Natural Environment portfolio, including air and water exposures along with climate change. Dr. DeJarnett is a member of the EPA's Children's Health Protection Advisory Committee, is chair of the Governing Board of Citizens' Climate Education, a member of the Board of Directors of Physicians for Social Responsibility, chair-elect for APHA's Environment Section, member of the Advisory Board of APHA's Center for Climate, Health and Equity, a member of the Board of Trustees for the BTS Center, special advisor to the Environmental Health and Equity Collaborative, and the Steering Committee of the International Transformational Resilience Coalition. Dr. DeJarnett emphasizes that more than ever before, people are being displaced as a result of severe weather phenomena caused by climate change. In 2018, 16 million people were displaced due to climate, 1.2 million of which were American. She points out that in 2020, more hurricanes and tropical storms made landfall than ever before, to the point where letters in the Greek alphabet were being used to name them, as the list of hurricane names had been used up. Dr. DeJarnett says that church communities are presented with the opportunity to provide hospitality more than ever by turning churches into cooling centers, and by educating the community about staying safe through weather phenomena. To learn more about building community resilience see the US Climate Resilience Toolkit or see how you can get involved with establishing a local or regional Climate Resilience Hub. The Art House Joining us in the Art House is Dr. Krista Hiser with The Ultimate Cli-Fi Book Club. The purpose of the book club is to look at climate-themed literature and consider how it can help us engage differently with interdisciplinary topics and existential threats related to the planetary predicament of climate change. In this episode, Krista reflects on Deena Metzger's novel A Rain of Night Birds. Dr. Krista Hiser is Professor at Kapiʻolani Community College. Her Ph.D. is in Educational Administration from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She has published works on community engagement, service-learning, organizational change, post-apocalyptic and cli-fi literature. In this month's episode, Krista tells us that the protagonist of “A Rain of Night Birds” is a scientist that also relies on feeling to gauge the environmental phenomena around her. With themes of spiritualism and indigenous culture, this “literature of restoration” focuses on the concept of doing no harm, based on the importance of the world around us. You can read a written version of Krista's essay at The Ultimate Cli-Fi Book Club for Sustainability in Higher Education on Medium. You can hear standalone versions of The Art House at Artists and Climate Change. Good News Report Our good news comes from Anthony Leiserowitz at Yale Climate Connections. In tune with the theme of hospitality, Anthony discusses a disaster resiliency program geared toward Spanish-speaking residents in Sonoma County, California. Whether people lose power or work as a result of climate and weather disasters, many nonprofits are developing plans and guides to help Spanish speakers in the west prepare. These programs help residents sign up for emergency alerts, prepare for emergencies, and make financial arrangements needed to safely leave during severe weather. We always welcome your thoughts, questions, suggestions, good news, and recommendations for the show. Leave a voicemail at (518) 595-9414 (+1 if calling from outside the U.S.). Making movies can feel intimidating. One way to reduce that overwhelming feeling is by understanding there is a process which will guide you into believing in your idea. Coming up with an idea for your movie will lead you into creating the concept. You may need to go back to your idea as you develop your concept. But here's the magic though. It's while you are developing your concept that you may realize it's not such a great idea! And isn't it great to find out before you start writing a screenplay? Episode 113 of the “In The Weeds” series with Jason C. Marshall is a great conversation that brings us back to the origin of film and story development. So don't start writing your screenplay before you have your concept. Go back and get a new idea if you need to. If you write a screenplay and get lost in in the process and find yourself not finishing what you started, it doesn't mean you failed. It could be that you didn't first develop your concept. Jason and I discuss the difference between idea and concept and why conceptualizing your idea is so important to succeed. This series can help you make some incredible and memorable films! Will the launch of energy drinks help MusclePharm diversify away from the challenging protein markets that left the "Athletes Company" badly beaten up this quarter? In the third quarter of 2021, MusclePharm (OTCMKTS: MSLP) saw its net sales decline 25.6% YoY. While that declining sales trend is alarming, it's nothing compared to gross margins that declined 3090 basis points YoY to 0.2%. So, why did MusclePharm lose $3.5M operationally (mostly stemming from COGs) this quarter? About half of MusclePharm's quarterly revenue is tied to Costco (key customer risk) merchandising its whey protein SKUs globally. Despite the whey protein costs doubling in 2021, MusclePharm is in a precarious position because they know how much other competitors want those merchandising slots. MusclePharm can't materially raise pricing or lay off the gas on promotional monies with the wholesale retailer. That is causing massive short-term profitability pressure that likely won't change throughout 2022. Alternatively, changing course with Costco strategy could create long-term business continuity risks if they decide to swap out MusclePharm for another competitor in the Health & Beauty Aids (HABA) merchandising section. This is all going on in the background when MusclePharm is launching into a new (and ultra-competitive) product category. It's important to remember that just because a brand has awareness within another active nutrition category at mainstream retailers like Costco, it doesn't mean the market instantly gives you the authority to be a platform brand across multiple categories at large physical retailers. MusclePharm is going to need to become a "marketing machine" again. This makes the profitability discussion even more complex. On the face of it, I think most parents would agree that this makes sense, yes? But do you do it because many of us, inadvertently do too much for our kids? I know that there are times where I have done this with or for my kiddos. Sure, I realize that it all depends on the definition of too much. However, I really try my utmost to make sure my wanting to “fix it” for them does not become debilitating for them and negatively impact what they think of themselves because it can all too easily become so. A podcast to answer all your questions about productivity, time management, self-development and goal planning. My name is Carl Pullein and I am your host for this show. With the introduction of my GAPRA notes organisation system—GAPRA stands for Goals, Areas Of Focus, Projects, Resources and Archive—I've received a number of questions about the difference between a project and a goal and on the surface there is little difference. Both have a desired outcome, a deadline and a set of actions that need to be performed before the outcome is achieved. However, there are a few subtle differences that I will explain this week as well as explaining why I began organising my notes using GAPRA. Now, before we get to this week's answer, just a heads up to let you know if you are enrolled in my Apple Productivity course, you now have the 2022 update ready and waiting for you. It's a free update and this year, it has extra lessons on GAPRA and how to build that into Apple Notes. If you are not already enrolled in the course, you can still do so at the early bird discount price of $49.99 for just 12 more hours. The early bird discount will be ending at midnight today (22 November) Okay, on with the show and that means it's time for me to hand you over to the Mystery Podcast Voice for this week's question. This week's question comes from Johnny. Johnny asks: HI Carl, I'm struggling to understand the difference between a goal and a project. Could you explain how you distinguish between the two? Great question, Johnny and thank you for sending it in. Okay, let's start off with the similarities. Projects and goals share a lot in common. There's a desired outcome. For instance you may have a project to redecorate your bedroom and a goal to lose 10 pounds in weight. You will also have a deadline date for both of these. So in this example, you may have a deadline to complete the redecoration of your bedroom by the 24th December and to lose ten pounds by the end of the year. So far, very similar. However, where they differ is in what happens once you have completed these. Once your bedroom is decorated, you have completed the project. It's over. There is nothing else for you to do except to enjoy the freshly painted room. With your goal of losing weight, the next step is to keep those ten pounds off. That means you need to change the way you eat and move. There's no point in losing those ten pounds only to put them back on again right? Goals are about changing you as a person for the better. They are about improving yourself and moving towards a higher purpose. How did you feel when you last successfully achieved a goal? Happy? Ecstatic? How long did you feel like that? A few days? A few hours? Minutes? You see the problem with achieving a goal is the satisfaction that comes from achieving goals is short-lived. All goals by their very nature are just one step towards a higher purpose. For instance losing that weight, is about becoming healthier. If you lose those ten pounds and within a few weeks regain the ten pounds, then you completed a project. You did not complete a goal. A goal would be to keep those ten pounds off or go further and lose another ten pounds. Let me give you another example. Each year I set my company an income goal. This is a goal because the purpose here is to establish a new standard. The underlying goal is to continue to grow and improve my company. So, ultimately, the goal of the company is for constant and never-ending growth. However, each year I need to set a new goal to accomplish to achieve that. By pushing the goal further each year, the company grows, I get to help more people while at the same time I improve as a teacher—after all, for my company to grow I have to also improve as a teacher. For me to help more people become better organised and more productive, I also have to improve my skills. I remember watching a Jim Rohn seminar on YouTube a few years ago and he said you should set the goal to become a millionaire, not for the money, but for who you have to become to achieve that goal. To become a millionaire, you will have to change your mindset and your habits. Most people limit themselves because they believe their income is set by the company they work for. And in the past, if you chose to be an employee, that was likely to be true. The only way for anyone to become a millionaire twenty years ago was to start your own business. Today, that is not true. We have unlimited opportunities to build side-incomes. Creating online courses, or a YouTube channel. Even writing blog posts now can earn you income through sites like Medium. But, to do that, you will need to break free of your 9 til 5 mindset. You will need to change your thinking from consuming entertainment to consuming education. Learning, growing and being obsessed with generating income. That's how you become a millionaire. You will learn that if you spend all evening going out with your friends or watching Netflix, you will not change anything. You will stay stuck where you are. If you spend your evenings on your side project—write, produce videos, sell products through Amazon or Ebay, then you put yourself in a position where becoming a millionaire becomes possible. I remember back when I was in my early 20s I worked in our local pub as a bar tender. One of the regulars was a gentleman called Albert. Albert had been a millionaire three times and lost it three times. I remember talking with Albert one quiet Monday evening and he told me making the first million is the hardest thing you will ever do. But once to have achieved your first million, earning a million a year is easy. I didn't understand what he meant back then, but over the years, I've realised that once you know the mindset and develop the skills to earn your first million, if you ever lose it, you don't need to worry. You know what it takes to become a millionaire and you can repeat the process over and over again. The key to understanding goals is to know that the goal is less important that the changes you have to make in order to achieve that goal. A project is static, it does not move. Once you complete the project it's over. You archive the project and move on to the next project. A goal is fluid, it moves with you. As you improve your abilities, develop new skills, strengthen weak areas you, as an individual, are improving. When you complete the goal, the question becomes what next? How can you continue to grow and improve? And that leads me nicely onto why I developed GAPRA. All GAPRA is is a way for me to organise my notes by importance. I want my goals at the top because they are the drivers of my continuous improvement. If I am in any doubt about what I should be working on today, I know my priorities will always be with my goals. Then comes your areas of focus. The eight areas of life we need to keep in balance. These are your family and relationships, your health, your finances, personal development, career or business, spirituality, lifestyle and life experiences and your life's purpose. These are all important to us but their importance changes depending on where we are in life. Then your projects. For most working people, our projects are likely to come from our work. But as we move through life, become home owners, parents and take on more responsibilities we will be adding more and more personal projects. Then we have resources, this is where we keep important information. I keep things like where I buy my clothes from and my sizes. I have a note called my “Anchor Note” where I keep important links and other useful information. And finally we have the archive where old project notes and other stuff I have finished with but are not ready to delete yet go. When you organise your notes in this way, you have everything organised by importance. In the past, I've found I've ignored my goals because often my work projects take up a lot of time. But if I want to grow as a person, become better at what I do and feel fulfilled, I know I will only find that in my goals. So, when I open my notes app in a morning at the top of the folder list is my goals folder, I am reminded every day of what is really important. It also makes doing my weekly planning session easier. I start at the top and work my way down to projects. So, I can ask myself what I can do to move closer to my goals first, then check my areas of focus are in balance and finally make sure I have sufficient time each week for keeping my projects moving along. If you want to learn more about why the goal itself is the least important part of the goal planning process, I recommend you listen to my interview with Damon Cart. Damon did a fantastic job explaining that our goals are a vehicle to attaining what we really want. For instance, when someone tells you they want to earn a lot of money, earning the money might be something measurable, but really what people want is the thing that they think money will give them. A nice car? And nice home? Well, again, it's not really the car or the home they want, it's the feeling they think a nice car or a nice home will give them. That's the ultimate goal. Now the problem with material things is they never bring you the feeling you think they will. Nice houses and cars don't impress people as much as you may think. But if the goal is to put yourself in a position of financial security so you have the freedom to do the things you want to do, you are setting the right kind of goals. So there you go, Johnny. I hope that answers your question. The reality is goals and projects are very similar. The difference is that once a project is complete it's done. Finished. A goal, on the other hand, is about changing and improving you as a person. It's just a step towards a much higher purpose. Thank you for your question and thank you to you too for listening. It just remains for me now to wish you all a very very productive week.
