Sometimes it's hard to tell when you are full, sometimes it's hard to tell others when you are in need of nourishment. In this episode we talk about what it means to feed ourselves and the community at large. What steps we can take to do this while preserving our own mental and physical help. Enjoy.

Episode 6 was the last dinner recorded in 2018 so we took so time to take a look at the last year in preparation for this one. Reflecting on what made us fall in love, on where we succeeded and the things we've lost. It was a good reminder of how short a year is yet how much there is to do.
