No 'left spin' or 'right spin' in this episode; we're just trying to get a common set of facts on the page. This saga has combined Ukraine's history, the Presidential power to withhold aid, and long list of relevant facts as to whether there was an abuse of that power.

Left Spin Right Spin explores the relevant impeachable offence in the ongoing impeachment proceedings. For the purposes of this episode, the "Right Spin" will be arguing that "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" requires an indictable crime or misdemeanor. The "Left Spin" will be arguing that the phrase is one that had meaning when our Constitution was ratified and can be understood as being an abuse of power or an unfitness for office, and that it actually doesn't require a specific alleged crime or misdemeanor.
