Ashley is a huge advocate for mental health and she started a twitter campaign called #mentalhealthcheckin where she creates a safe space for people to check in and talk about how they are doing mentally. She has created such a supportive family on social media and I'm so glad that she joined us today to talk about mental hygiene, mental health stigmas in the Black community, and her mental health journey.
