Here we’re just putting together our setting, creating our characters, and laying the groundwork for the season ahead. If that sort of housekeeping doesn’t interest you, don’t worry! It’s perfectly OK to simply skip to Episode 1. Additionally, due to the nature of how Monster of the Week setup works, in this episode we also discuss a number of plot threads and character details that could become major plot points in future episodes. If you would like to avoid spoilers, it may be best to skip to Episode 1. That being said, nothing discussed here is “canon” until it is stated in an actual episode. Everything laid out in this setup is subject to change. Finally, we recorded this session before we had our proper audio equipment set up, so the sound quality isn’t great.
