Packing MCT2 & SATP2 Test Materials

This video shows the School Test Coordinator how to package SATP2 and MCT2 answer documents including pointers on filling out the GIS form to cover these answer documents. The video concludes with the District Test Coordinator’s role in packaging the banded answer documents in the Tyvek plastic envelope and putting the orange label on the outside of the box for the CEVA retrieval.

This video illustrates how the School Test Coordinator should organize and package SATP2 and MCT2 extraneous materials (math scratch paper, formula charts, voided answer documents) along with the used and unused test booklets including any booklets received from the School and District overage. This video concludes with the District Test Coordinator’s role in packaging any district overage booklets and supplies in a district box. It also shows how to organize the school and district security checklist in the brown envelope and including in the top of the last box. This video illustrates how to use the green label on each box to number these boxes and be ready for the CEVA retrieval.
