Measles is a highly contagious viral infection with high morbidity and complications may lead to death in children. Since measles diseases occurrence is preventable and sure way is timely vaccination. If all children are covered with measles vaccination ( high vaccination coverage >95%) the measles can be eliminated in the community but if vaccine taken number is less ( % vaccine coverage low) then the community will experience more number of measles cases, i.e., measles outbreaks is possible. Therefore, parents must be get motivated and get children vaccination.
