This is just a personal update on my feelings with the Corona Virus as well as the BLM Movement and why it is so important!

Everyone is talking about it, were sharing how we have been dealing with it!

Dating as a single parent is HARD, but I promise its worth it!   

How we talk to our children has such a profound affect on who they become in the future. Lets choose kindness.

See all those drop dead gorgeous people on social media? Feel a little less than? Trust me I know EXACTLY how that feels! Lets rise together to promote self-love!

If you've ever said, "But he never hit me." Sometimes the abuse we suffer is emotional and mental. This can cause us to overlook and deny its existence. I want to make a change! 

The single parent struggle is real!
