In recognition of World Alzheimer's Month, which is every September, as well as World Alzheimer's Day, September 21st, I would like to highlight a special person, Dr. Susan McDonald, who helped me in my journey during college as a musician. Also, I would like to recognize the Cure Alzheimer's Fund (Curealz.org) organization which is researching to discover a cure for Alzheimer's. A great thing about this non-profit is they allow 100% of donations to go directly to research while the founders and board members cover all of the operating costs and expenses of the organization.
