Ron and Jack Podcast

Ron starts off the show with an announcement on a future episode. After the opening thought segment, the two discuss the story of Larry Pollock, a bodybuilder who use to be heavily involved in steroids back at the time of the whole U.S Balco investigations involving Major League Baseball. Jack then gets into how bodybuilding has evolved and is no longer in the mainstream limelight. Towards the end Ron talks about research into EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena) and his thoughts into one captured in April of 2006. Jack thinks he ended the show with his own rant, until Ron brings up some points about the sad events that unfolded in Virginia.
