Whenever we hear the word selfish we think of it in a negative light but i'm here to tell you guys that it's OK to be selfish sometimes and granted I'm not talking about being a shitty selfish person but more so just learning how to put yourself first. In this episode I talk about some friendships and relationships that i've been in that pushed me to learn how to put myself first.

Congratulations to the class of 2022!! As a c/o 22 graduate myself I am so proud of how far we've come but now isn't the time to start slacking off! In this episode we talk about how stressful this time can be but also how the decisions we make now actually matter.
