Just saying I am still posting and that we need to be aware of peer pressure , the British stiff upper lip ( I am going to pretend I am ok because that is what strong men do bullshit) , surround yourself with the right people and ask for help !!
Today I touch upon how Mental Health can’t be treated like a business and cuts in funding are just passed to other public institutions - ie the social benefits system, policing and NHS have to pick up the pieces because we don’t spend enough on prevention and support.
