Is it possible to Live, truly Live! How do we make it better? What do we do to make things happen? This podcast is a summary of my conversations with people, people who have lived, had fun, made babies, put money in where it mattered, made more money than we can count, lost more money than they can…
When I started working from home, it meant less time commuting, more time for the people I love, and a lot of me-time. Turns out like most people I spoke to instead of spare time, I had more office hours. I was at my desk almost 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, but productivity-wise, it was similar to what it was at the office? Why? Shouldn't it be better, I mean I spent more time working! shouldn't more get done? In this episode, I try to answer these questions and try to answers how I am trying to escape this cycle.
have you seen those ads that talk about how an average CEO reads 60 books a year and then it takes you to a package/app/subscription/audiobook that can help you achieve that? I'm not sure what reading 60, 70 or 100 books a year can help you achieve. I've tried to do that but until unless you are spending a decent amount of time dedicated to reading 100 books is an impossibility and even doing that doesn't make you successful. In this podcast we talk about the only thing that does.
Over the years, I've had more than my share of new year resolutions. The idea behind it was simple, a goal for me to achieve within a time limit, in this case a year. Though almost all the time, I barely even tried to achieve these yearly goals. Has this been the case with you? In this episode I try to figure out why we don't go through with our new years resolutions and what can we do about it.
Pain is part of who we are, it makes us human. It's the tool thatGod(if it exists) uses to teaches us , whatever we need to survive. But pain can be torturous, sometimes unbearable. Do we have an alternative? Actually the answers is rather simple, you can't avoid pain but you can choose what pain to have.
Why can't we finish things, why don't we even start. We are not lazy not all of us. Are we procrastinating ? What is procrastination? Why does it matter. How does future or our pasts affect us? Does it affect us?
Heartbreaks are painful, I've dealt with it and have seen enough friends of mine deal with it. Especially, when the one breaking your heart was someone you dreamed an entire life with. In this episode I try to break down the process I followed to reach a place of emotional and personal stability.
One of the major problems that we have been facing is our inability to achieve our goals. To get shit done! How do we go about it? The easiest way is to build a schedule , but how do we make sure that we follow that schedule in a world where we are so overwhelmed with information(read distraction), most of it unnecessary.
I've been hearing a lot of my friends, family and acquaintances talking about how unfair life can be and how it has screwed them over. In this episode I try to share the tactic learned and implemented by armies of the world so that they don't get screwed over. "Preparation"
