Slowing down entails the absolute use of your 5 senses. Slowing during your day is like taking an unscheduled mini vacation.
Dealing with loss is not an easy thing. It can become even more difficult if ones loss centers around the holidays. Please seek help if you are finding it hard to cope. Seek the help from a professional therapist or call your local police, and or your suicide hotline number.
Being happy is an on going chase. When it comes to your happiness, you are not always responsible for it. Ask yourself what was the blueprint that was given to me from birth, and work on changing that which does not serve you well. As always don’t hesitate to seek the help from a mental health professional.
When was the last time you had an honest conversation with yourself in a living way? We often forget to ask ourselves how we are doing. We will ask the world how they are doing, and don’t get the same back. Do it for you first, and let the rest follow.
