The beginning of summer may bring change and with it, discomfort. Today I share my mantra for overcoming change.

Years ago I wrote a poem titled a takes a child to raise a parent. Since then, I pay close attention to moments in life where I am learning life lessons from my children. Letting go of our children is definitely a big one.

Sometimes we don’t realize that it’s our maladaptive behaviors that are keeping us from being our best self.

For the past 7 yrs I have said, “I am a single mom” until today and here is my why.

Standing before someone and saying, “I am not ok” takes vulnerability and courage. Creating that space to hear someone say those words does too.

Finding your why in what you do is truly the driving force and fist steps to manifesting your vision. Today, I share with you how I came up with the title, “2 the table”.
