Episode 2! The podcast strikes back. George and Jesse sit down and discuss the first book of the No Power Book Club: “American Fascists” by Chris Hedges. It’s a bummer of a book, but one hell of a read. While the book is exploring the rise of the Christian Right in America, it’s chock full of relevant issues that we see today, from Fascism, to thought-terminating cliches, even liberation theology and organizing with members of the church.
