In this episode, we explain what prompted us starting our new YouTube channel. After last week's podcast episode, we brainstormed ways to share the information and reflected that while we had shared YouTube channels as a resource, we could also create our own videos. And that was it! We started our YouTube channel last Saturday and uploaded our first video a week ago. You can find our YouTube channel here: https://bit.ly/becausewereteachersonyoutbe We also talk about the Facebook group Bitmoji Craze for Educators here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2568655663438916/ Check out Allateesha's YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPfbPGJIq5E6QeYhEM6M80A --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/because-were-teachers/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/because-were-teachers/support

Also, by doing so, you can create branding for yourself so your style is identifiable and adds to the comfort level for your students.
