Brian's Beat Radio Stories

Talk about an industry veteran. Phil Paleologos' tenure in radio pre-dates Woodstock. He's been a high profile radio personality from Arkansas to Boston and used to host a couple of nationally syndicated shows from a booth in an old fashion diner. Proud to have Phil as my guest on Brian's Beat Radio Stories, Audio Chapter #3.

Scott Gibbons is a veteran radio personality and former station middle manager. He leads off these audio chapters, because we're from the same hometown, little league foes, share a love of the legendary WKOX radio station. Scott and I never realized, until the mid 1990's, we were in the same profession.

There are all type of talented people in the radio business. Hard to believe the personality in today's audio chapter once blew up an alarm clock--on the air. He's ex-KTYD and KLOS production wiz and talent Mark Avery. Big take away--it's true, video killed the radio star.
