Marcel helps with the charity Kintsugi. He received a grant from them to open and run his own restaurant and give back to the community. Being an openly gay man in Kenya comes with it's hardships but Marcel remains positive about his future.

In episode three we hear from Jean-Pierre at the refugee run charity, Kintsugi. He talks more about what the CBO does for refugees in Kenya, as well as telling his own story.
