Mike is a leading expert in the electrical industry and educator of over a hundred thousand electrical professionals. He is an inspiration to anyone to be their best self, and it certainly comes through in this episode.

Matt recently made the jump into entrepreneurship and is the owner of Wilde Engineering, an MEP engineering firm based out of Charlotte, NC. We talk about putting trust in ones self and jumping off the proverbial cliff into the glorious land of the unknown.   

This is the inaugural episode where i tell about what the premise of the show and what I hope to achieve from the podcast. It's the intro episode.
