Learning patience with yourself, and how to eventually do the same for others. It is okay to "fail" and stumble and fall, as long as you get back up. You are worth all of the patience you have to offer, you are worth all of the kind words you have knowledge of. Treat yourself how you wish others would treat you. Speak how you wish to be spoken to, and be everything you want to be. But most importantly, be patient along the way. Loving yourself and others means being patient and kind.

Welcome to the "Everything and More" podcast. This is a brief introduction of what we will be discussing through the duration of January. This podcast is aimed towards self love and how to accept love or give love to others. With original spoken word pieces, along with songs by various artist, we will tackle the mysteries of love, whether it is what it looks like, feels like and when to draw lines. No stone will be left unturned in the quest for forgiving yourself and being able to move on.
