Hello again! Sorry for the delay, but I will be talking about how the Miss Kentucky system has improved my life and mental health for the better and a little bit about my Miss Kentucky week!

On this episode, I had a conference call with Sara and Andrew where we discussed the roll that medication has played in our lives. We also added informational blurbs here and there about our diagnoses and medications in hopes to educate, inform, and kick out the stigma surrounding both. Thank you for tuning in!

Hello, Hello, and welcome to my podcast! I am going to try to get at least one podcast a week out and eventually try to get two a week! It is very therapeutic for me to open up about my mental health journey because I have so many people who end up telling me they had a similar situation that they had to go through. Hearing that you are not alone in you struggles can be so comforting and I intend to continue my advocacy through this podcast with telling my own story, having others come on and share their stories, and other educational information about mental health.
