Learn Inspire Lead Change is a podcast that will move your school, your organization and yourself towards your goals. If you give us 20 minutes, we will move you closer to achieving and creating a solid standard of best practices. Based on real school actions and events, we discuss and critique the areas of Learning, Inspiration, Leading and Changing. These topics are essential to a successful school or business and organization. Currently, the voice behind the microphone, Mr. Record, the principal of Pocomoke Middle School, shares the habits and ideas of his teachers as well as highlighting the best practices from the entire Pocomoke Community Schools. Matthew Record is the Maryland Middle School Principal of the Year, for the 2020-21 School Year, an award recognized through the Maryland Association of Secondary Schools Principals @massp . Pocomoke Middle School's Media Center Specialist, Jennifer Beach, a 2020 finalist for the Maryland Librarian of the Year Award, is the technical wizard in each episode. We chose this podcast as a way to highlight our staff, teachers and professionals who go above and beyond to make a successful school and health workplace, where students' success is the top priority. We believe we have a great school, with talented students, a dedicated staff and a supportive community. We want to share our practices with you so we can move forward together.Welcome!
