Exalation of the breath seems simple until you actually try doing it. It's much harder than it sounds. However once you master it, it will help considerably with your breathing. This session will take longer than session one to master. Go at your own pace
Session 1 Learning how to deed breath. In these sessions you'll learn how to deep breath the proper way. You should take some time with each session in order to get the most out of the program. The end goal here is to make your life better and to start you on the road to meditation. So take your time and enjoy each session. Don't feel as though you must be the first to finish.
