Hi and welcome to multifamily radio. I'm your host, Patrick Franks. I love podcasts. I also work in the multifamily industry as the owner of Go Doorstep, a valet waste and recycling company. Unfortunately, I found a lack of comprehensive, interview oriented content. When I searched for podcasts related to this industry, most of it was honestly get rich quick kind of stuff, and for the stuff that isn't, it really just focuses on a very small sliver of the industry. Maybe it's property management, maybe it's investing. My that on multifamily radio we will be talking with owners, managers, vendors, investors, officials, politicians, regulators, and any other interesting folks with a hand in apartments. My hope is that we get to know each of our guests a little better and come away from each interview with a deeper understanding of their corner of the multifamily world.
