The beginning and the end of the week have been rough for me. In this episode I try and work through my emotions by showing myself some self-love by talking through some of what I have been feeling. I'm sure you can relate? Talking about how you feel is therapeutic. Crazy but I decided to share with you instead. I felt like I was rambling a little. Maybe. This was impromptu. I tend to overthink and so I just decided to record! Share how your week was? How were you emotionally? I'm here to listen as well.
Soooooo, I have not been very consistent with this podcast. Why? No real reason other than it has not been a priority. But I want to change that. I want to continue to talk about expressions of my forms of self-love. I think it will be therapeutic for me. I recorded this podcast last year and never published it. Well, I am today! I actually listened to it today and I like it. It's a little messy but my perfect perfect mess. I hope you enjoy it. I also hope that you're taking care of yourself by showing yourself some healthy self-love too. You deserve it.
