In life it's so easy to focus on what we are going through, sickness, money issues, issues at work, problems with your marriage, problems with rebellious kids. We are so focused on what we are going through, and it becomes too difficult to look past where we are to see what lies ahead.  In this message Pastor Joa will take you on a journey of where he was when he lost his focus and how God helped him change his perspective. 

Everything you possess is a seed that will produce a harvest if we don’t up root that seed.  That can be good and it can be bad depending in the seeds we have been planting.  If we are going to see the harvest of the blessings of God in our lives we have to not only possess the right kinds of seeds, but we must also plant them instead of holding them back. In the talk we will look at how our actions are the seeds for our future harvest.

Everything we have and everything we will ever have is a seed, even our attitudes. Although our attitudes are not tangible they are just as much of a seed as a kernel of corn.  Sometimes the harvest we are getting in return are less than what we desire, often times we blame others because of the attitudes they give us.  I wonder if the attitudes we are receiving are a direct result of the seeds we have sown.  In this podcast we will look at a few adjustments we can make to change the attitudes we are sowing.

Too often we use our words to tear down instead of building up. How often do we use our words to gripe and complain, often times without realizing it. We have been created to use our words to create and to build up.  During this talk Pastor Joa discusses how our words are just like seeds they create a harvest for our future, both good and bad.

Some many times we look at what we do in the ministry as "Serving Jesus", but we just serving Jesus can get us into trouble. We are called to "Serve With Jesus", in this message Pastor Joa talks about what that actually looks like in our ministry roles.
