Fear is something that we all deal with, but to understand fear and knowing how to overcome it can be difficult at times. Here I go over the 6 basic fears in Chapter 15 from the book “Think & Grow Rich” By Napoleon Hill and the best way to go about facing fear with confidence.
Giving you guys my take with 3 reasons that came to mind when I thought about what holds people back the most when trying to make progress in their fitness.
