As flour is than main ingredient in bread, chickens are the main ingredient in any farm or homestead. Easy to care for, they provide eggs and meat for our table and endless hours of pleasure and enjoyment.
Did Santa Clause ever leave oranges, brazil nuts, and peppermint sticks in your stocking on Christmas Ever?
Ever build a fort or a tree house? Did you and your friends have a clubhouse or secret hideout?
Ever played hooky from school or called in sick at work to go fishing? Ever caught horny heads in the bend of a creek, or trout in a cold mountain stream? Ever fished bream beds on a farm pond or cast for bass in a cove of lily pads? I believe that world leaders could solve a lot of this old world's problems from a shady bank with a fishing pole.
What were your favorite toys growing up? Remember Viewmasters? Tonka Toys? Hotwheels? How about Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots? Did you have a cap pistol? Lincoln Logs or Tinker Toys? Maybe an Easy Bake Oven, a Lite-Brite, or a Spirograph? No? Well, you really missed out. The toys of yesteryear did not require batteries to operate. They required something much more powerful. Imagination.
