Be the awareness of the words you use on yourself. If they are negative notice them and let them go. Replace them with ‘I Release Negative Self-Talk’ to begin with. Then when you are ready place in some crackers like ‘I am gorgeous’ ‘I am beautiful’ I dare you. I double dare you. Ex
