This week, we have our first guest on the podcast, Matt Arkelian, who shares his experience living an insatiable, or unsatisfied lifestyle, and how his motivation aligns with the topics of previous podcast topics: pride and praise as well as the issue of competition. Last week we examined the issue of pride and praise, bringing to light a new discussion on the matter of competition. This week we pick up right where we left off on the issue of competition, and question the answer: competition always promotes progress in society. This week, we dismantle competition at both a societal and at an individual level, discussing our viewpoint on the fairness of the system of hierarchy as well as how we as individuals should approach competition.
