Msgr George Nkuo, Bishop of the Catholic diocese of Kumbo has sent out an audio message to all faithful in/of the diocese in the context of Lent 2019. He consoles the people who are suffering deeply due to the armed conflict in the area and condemns all the atrocities being carried out. While thanking groups and individuals that have been assisting affected persons, the Bishop urges everyone to let their trust in God's love overcome their feelings of desolation and abandonment, as they continue their Lenten journey.
