Becoming a doctor is difficult, and perhaps that's an understatement; yet the burdens of studying and performing at a high level become even greater when you factor in competition and comparison. Our own efforts and achievements only matter in so much as they exceed the efforts and achievements of others. In this episode, Dr. John Shin shares his personal journey in letting go of the burden of comparison learning to perform for the audience of One.

God Knows Me:     In the midst of all her disappointment and doubt, Dr. Bailey learns that God's ways are truly always higher as He brings her journey into residency to an unexpected and beautiful conclusion. 

What Now?   Coming to the home stretch of medical school, Dr. Bailey cannot wait to start residency in OB/GYN, which is the field she loves. Sadly, she experiences another setback that leaves her questioning her calling to medicine. 

Back to the Basics:   Dealing with disappointment can be confusing and discouraging, but in this episode, Dr. Bailey decides to go back and cling to the promises found in Scripture. In the midst of this disappointment, God provides her with beautiful opportunities to share her faith with the people around her.
