    All valuable decisions are made for a variety and combination of reasons; Often too many to even consider or acknowledge at the time of making. The decision to travel across country to accept an invitation, in what was my most compromised-ever physical condition, was made (at least primarily) out of fear of regret. I knew it would be nearly exactly the mess it ended up being, and I also knew that passing up something of value based on physical discomfort is a choice I would hold myself to the fire for, long after the pain had gone.
