How to craft a speech, put it together and deliver your ideas

The General Evaluator is one which is viewed by some members as the pinnacle of their Toastmasters career. One which can only be carried out if you have been at Toastmasters for 134 years, and are a member of at least seventeen clubs in several different countries. But it shouldn't be like that. Here I share some top tips about being a good General Evaluator.
