Thank you for listening to the premier episode of The Law and the Land featuring San Antonio attorneys Adam Crawshaw and Sean Simpson of Crawshaw & Simpson, PLLC. Our goal in this series is two part, 1) to educate listeners on criminal defense matters, what they can do to lessen their enounters with law enforcement, and how to mitigate potential charges from encounters that are unavoidable. 2) to bolster awareness and support for those interest in hunting, fishing, and ecological conservation. In this episode we highlight how to interact with law enforcement during a stop and a few of our personal experiences with traffic stops.  We also discuss our backgrounds in hunting, fishing, and conservation as a precursor for upcoming episodes in which we we will discuss hunting, fishing, and general ecological conservation of the land that we love so dearly.
