We are created from parts and they all demand our love, attention, and acceptance. Yet, we sometimes numb or ignore those parts of ourselves because the world deemed them as bad. In this meditation we will give ourselves the kindness we wish others extend to us.
From the first job to the next, shit happens. And it is in your hand whether to learn from it or allow it to sink you down. Just a friendly discussion about my first work experience and what I learned from it.
