It is a psychological pattern where a person doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent fear of being exposed as a "fraud" or being "found out." So, can confidence and doubt coexist? How do you build up your confidence and banish your doubts? That's what mother/daughter duo, Pam and Aubrey Perry are discussing in this episode.
