Hi guys! Today I am ranting and raving about Toy Box accomplice, Cindy Hendy, living near an elementary school in Hamilton MT. Cindy is registered as a sex/violent offender level "0", meaning she is unlikely to reoffend. But she was convicted of kidnapping, raping, torturing 68 women in New Mexico. SHE WAS NEVER CONVICTED OF KILLING ANYONE, BUT ITS ALL ON TAPE! She was sentenced to 36 years in prison, and only served half of that time. Cindy is not on parole or probation, and is not required to let law enforcement know where she is residing.
