Part 4 of our series on Ordinary People. Tonight we look at the life of John the son of Zebedee and the other son of thunder.

In part 3 we examine the life of James. He was a "Son of Thunder" and full of zeal. His first option was to call down fire from heaven but through the example of the Master, James learned to temper his passion with love. James was the first to be martyred which indicates that he never lost his bold passion for the gospel which put him in Herod's sights. 

Ordinary People is a series on the disciples of Jesus. In this second part, we take a look at the life of Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter. His legacy was that he brought people to Jesus. Andrew was concerned about the individual.

Ordinary People is a series on the disciples of Jesus.  We start with the loud and passionate Simon Peter. Many of us can identify with a person with plenty of flaws. He typically acted or spoke before he thought yet God was able to use Peter mightily.  God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
