More good news is that we have a new episode to keep you all entertained. On this episode we had the amazing opportunity to interview our lovely guest, Alex Rushworth- Paediatric clinician at Newcastle Dental Hospital  and author of the fantastic children’s book, 'Open wide...what's inside?'.  We also discussed the impact the book has had as part of the 'Happy Teeth Happy Smile' project in Leicester and what it takes to be a brilliant paediatric dentist. We also talk about the application process, the transition between dental school and DFT/GPT,  as well as the challenges faced during these years.  To help us with that, we have invited our very special guests: Paul Blaylock and Shir Lynn Tan. Paul is an associate clinical lecturer at Newcastle Dental School, and is also the current training programme director for the the North-East of England  GPT scheme (and lots more).
