I will be discussing in each episode a variety of themes that deal with mental health. Living with bipolar disorder has taught me a lot about myself and I have gained certain tools along the way that I would like to share for others who might be going through the same thing. I would also like to say that I speak solely from my own experiences and don’t speak for everyone living with a mental health disorder.
