What's up everyone!? This interview with Coach Nick Frank and Physical Trainer, Abe Colwell, had us connecting the importance of coaching with the importance of knowing what our athletes need to be doing when it comes to working out for football. We get into coaching strengths and weaknesses (things we know we are good at and things we could work on), to how physical training is so important to athletes, especially at the high school level and how being a coach and knowing what your athletes are doing when it comes to physical training for their specific positions will be vital to the development of your athletes. So, tune in, give it a good listen, and hopefully this will give you some ideas when it comes to how you approach your training program, or if you are a player, it will give you some ideas to be self motivated and find some position specific workouts for yourself! It's coffee time with coach! Let's go!
