Recently, George sat down with two Nonotuck employees Kitty Curtin, Executive VP of Operations and Angela Procopio-Rahilly, Executive VP of Quality Enhancement to discuss their agency’s recent audit from CARF. Angela and Kitty lead the organization in the preparation of this first time CARF audit. It was a huge endeavor. One you might want to hear about. Come join the “Conversation with George” as he explores with Kitty and Angela why Nonotuck was audited, what CARF stands for, and how they planned for the audit. They will also review how the survey was conducted and will speak to the exit interview. Finally Kitty and Angela will provide us all with their overall thoughts of the experience.
