interviews with people who have something valuable to say
Navigating our times during the Coronovirus Pandemic and lockdown
We can focus on competence and resilience instead of problems, say Markus Many of us don't feel fear, instead we project it onto others as danger, or blame. Or we numb ourselves or dissociate in order to feel safe due to past experiences. The problem is, fear shuts our minds down so we can't do anything new or think in new ways to bring more intelligence and innovation into our community or the world in general. What can we do to become more conscious of what we are feeling, or not feeling, and how can we digest these un-integrated feelings so as not to project our past onto the future? Markus is a senior mentor who has been helping people digest and integrate fear for many years. #covid19, #coronavirus, #lockdown
Markus Hirzig spoke about safety and security as the base of our development. What does belonging have to do with safety and why is this important for you to know right now. How do we dare to move on, and risk change, even if the world doesn’t agree or support us?

What is PRI and how can it help you? PRI is a shortcut to happier relationships, better parenting and a more functional life. Past Reality Integration, PRI for short, helps you to live your life fully in the now. The clear, detailed model shows you how your past negatively impacts your present life. But, more importantly, PRI gives you the possibility to remove these blockages, with effective techniques and practical tools, that you can apply independently. Ingeborg is the author of 5 books on this method of healing the past and getting out of your own way. Her online course starts January 2018. http://www.pastrealityintegration.com/en/ik-wil-pri-therapeut-worden/online-trainingen/481-pri-level-1-practitioner-online-certification-course-2
…”the real mysticism is you take the daily challenge of life and learn how to have a relationship with them.. mindful respectful and honourable you learn ho to to convert one’s daily challenges from poison to nectar. You learn how to take the stuff within yourself that you don’t like and learn how to burn it within the alchemical furnace within you and convert it to light. Then you will have true mysticism. The idea of seeking out mystical states is fine, people take drugs seeking these states for example…in general, in order not to do what that need to do. Whereas for me, ascension, the real mysticism, is how I relate to people in my life, how I deal with problems, how I learn to have a new productive relationship with everything around me. Then mysticism is everywhere. When I do that distress becomes conciliatory euphoric stress. Through resolving these issues in your life you will be more mindful and You will have euphoria and a completely different physiology in your body that will allow you to have more energy and allow you to serve better. #sound #sound healing
