Anger Is anger good or bad? Well I would say it depends on how we choose to see anger or better yet what we do to express our anger. You see I can honestly say I have anger issues. And saying that might be an understatement. At times I would try to hold in my anger which only backfired because when I held it in I was like a ticking time bomb. And when I couldn’t hold it in any longer , BOOM! I didn’t care anymore I didn’t care what I did, who I hurt, what I said, not just to other people but to myself also. My anger has got me into some serious shit in my life and by time I got ahold of it, it was usually too late. Damage was done. I have come to realize that its not the anger but the aggression that comes from my anger. Anger can be quite useful in some ways. It can push you to preform better like working out or sports or competition of business. But when we go from anger to aggression thats when anger takes a negative turn such as belittling people, sarcastic behavior,
End of relationships Its difficult when a relationship ends. Especially when its not with your choosing to end it. But its how you look at it, such as when every door closes another door opens. However at that time its an emotional time, at the end of that relationship is a phenomenal time in retrospection and a excellent time for opportunity for you to take a moment and reflect on the relationship and be thankful for the both good and bad experiences. Its a good time to ask yourself what’s important to you? What are your standards? Whats are your values? What are you looking for? Who would you like to have in and share your life with? And its also a great time to ask yourself what kind of mate do you want to be ( perhaps you didn’t truly live up to that expectation or got to comfortable and to lazy). Work on those areas in your life that will help attract the type of mate you are looking for. That would be a great opportunity to get yourself straight on what the plan is to
Fear is an interesting thing, its an interesting feeling. For me personally I have allowed fear run me down and have its way with me. It has caused me to do messed up things and act in negative ways. Not only to other people but mostly to myself. However as of late I have found that fear can also be used to push you in a positive way if thats what you choose or how you choose to use it. Scientifically facing what you fear actually gives you 100 percent units of courage every time which is hardly ever heard of in science. I heard somewhere “ use fear or it uses you”.
